I am Roger Perez, the founder and attorney at The Law Offices of Roger Perez. I practice in the area of personal injury, criminal defense, and divorce law. I am dedicated to helping clients in this area. I represent clients throughout Bexar County, helping them obtain positive results for their cases.
My firm is a place where clients come to receive trusted legal advice. I value encouragement, honesty and professionalism in the practice of law. I bring these values to every case I handle.

Roger A. Perez, Attorney
Roger A. Perez, is a practicing attorney in San Antonio, Texas. He is the youngest son of Porfirio and Annie C. Perez who owned and operated a family grocery store and bakery on the West side of San Antonio.
Roger attended Central Catholic High School and the University of Texas at Austin, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. Roger then attended the University of Texas School of Law where he received his Law Degree.
During his twenty nine years (29) in practice, Roger has participated in numerous civil and criminal lawsuits representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. For approximately nine (9) years, Roger represented insurance companies in numerous civil matters. His current practice is focused on individuals involved in divorce proceedings, criminal allegations, and individuals injured in automobile accidents, along with representing entities before the City of San Antonio.
Martindale Hubbell has rated Roger with a Distinguished "BV" rating which is defined as a very high rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. In 2013 and 2014, Roger was selected as one of the Best San Antonio Lawyers by the SA Scene Magazine the past four years in a row.

I have been the legal assistant at Roger Perez for over 15 years. As part of the team, I assist Roger Perez with preparing your case and your legal defenses. My role allows me to assist with: investigating the facts of the case, conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles, organizing and maintaining documents, gathering evidence and other legal documentation for Roger Perez' review, writing reports, drafting correspondence, and more.
